At Deadlight Apparel, we ship worldwide. All orders are sent with tracking, so you’ll be able to keep an eye on your order once it’s on its way.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 6–14 working days
Plus Delivery — £9.99
Estimated delivery: 6–14 working days
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £100.
UK orders are shipped using a combination of Royal Mail, Evri and Relay, depending on the order and delivery service selected.
Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide Delivery — £15.99
Estimated delivery: 7–21 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination and local delivery services.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days of being placed. Dispatch times may vary depending on current stock levels, order volume and product availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery Delays & Lost Orders
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Deadlight Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your tracking information, it will be considered lost. Please contact us at hello@deadlightapparel.co.uk and we will look into this with you.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Deadlight Apparel cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, any applicable customs charges, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Deadlight Apparel is not responsible for charges applied by your country's customs authorities.
Channel Islands
The Channel Islands are currently not included in our standard delivery market. If you are based in the Channel Islands and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@deadlightapparel.co.uk and we'll be happy to discuss delivery options.
